I use predator on mine, and to be honest, I never heard about "cortex" so I believe you will hear only predator here, and of course SCT, but you don't have it, so...stick with the predator.
Side note - Try to settle on the one your local tuner uses. |

I second the Predator suggestion, only because I use it as well.
Lots of the top tuners use it, so finding someone to write a custom tune later wont be hard, and downloading the emailed tunes to it is easy as pie. ![]() You should be find though for what you listed, with the preloaded tunes. |

quick question on my predator i want to get the best tune i can...which involves me doing a custom tune now what are some guidelines to follow and preferences on how to run the predator...like what are your guys' custom tunes like?

back to the first post, just install a 6 lb'er from the start. A 4 lb'er doesn't add 4 lbs, its more like 2 since the HD upper is larger. You don't even need a tune to run a 4 lb lower it adds so little
