If my '07 had ANY flames in the interior at all I'd be all over putting some on the outside. In the end I can say for sure there won't be any flames on the outside and the second color will be gold, like the two tone '08. The only question is where will I have the paint applied and what to do for the transition from the black to gold. I really want to "fade" the gold into the black. Now that would look killer IMO!

update: I'm about 90% done. All I have left is the drivers seat. I waited on that one just in case I needed to leave real quick for something

Thanks!

So, I got up early, before the heat got too unbearable.

Here's the last of it - including pics of the bedrug installed today also:

Thanks

Yes, it was a bunch of work, but in the end it was well worth it. Or course I had to listen to my wife say "there was NOTHING wrong with the seats we had!"

And my almost 3 year old daughter is my official seat belt tester

seeing those 07 & 08 seats side by side, can definitely see the drastic improvement!

even if the 07 seats had the same stitch pattern as the 08's and in all black it would have looked pretty good, but just kinda plain looking compared to the 08 lol

Thanks!

So, looking at the 105 year anniversary logo on the new center console I say to my wife "I guess our truck is an '08 now" referring to all the '08 conversions (wheels, floor mats, interior etc) and she says "no, it's just a wanna be!"

I got mine from Bedrugs' Ebay outlet - $ 299 shipped! It was a refurbished one but it still came with a lifetime warranty, and honestly - mine looked brand new.

It took me about 30 minutes to install. It's mostly just attaching the other half of the Velcro to the side that's already attched to the 'rug itself. Then, after you fit it in the truck, you clean the areas the back of the Velcro strips you apllied will touch - with alcohol - then peel the plastic backing off, press down and voila!

Next, you just re-attach your hold down rings and bed extender hardware. I used an awl to find the holes.

Here you go - might have to use "ask seller a question" and see if they have any more - I didn't any more for supercrews listed.
