I got mine locally from 4 Wheel Parts. They're nationwide, look them up at http://www.4wheelparts.com . I called to order it from the store and they shipped it to my work address. There are other places like Summit Racing and JC Whitney. I bought it from them since they gave me a good deal on the BellTech shackles.

Here's the box when I bought it.
It's a Hellwig 7621, there are 2 sets of end links, short and long. I have a 2" drop shackle and I used the shorter end links.
