Ok folks, here is the straight scoop. The OEM Center Caps
will fit the Fractory Reproduction Wheels!!,.........and best of all, no modifications required to pop them on! The only minor issue I see is that the OEM wheels apparently have a notch in the wheel casting so you can get a flat blade screw driver under the wheel cap to remove them. The Fractory Reproduction wheels do not have this notch & the OEM caps do not have a notch, so you'll have to file one in the OEM cap prior to installing or use a small jewelers flat blade screw driver to get under the cap to pry it off. I used a small flat blade jewelers screw driver to remove the OEM cap. When doing this, I used a small piece of tire patch against the chrome so I didn't mar the wheel popping the cap off. This minor inconvenience may actually be a blessing in disguise by making theft a little more difficult. Thanks to Tazz I have a 01 Cap on the truck right now (pic below). Here is a pic of the back of the OEM center cap & the factory reproduction cap. They are almost identical in their moulding. The OEM cap has eight (8) tabs with stainless ring & the FR cap has 5 tabs & the ring. Pic below. So this about wraps up this mystery. OEM Caps work,... OEM Lug bolts do not.

The 22" Factory Reproduction Conclusion
The 02-03 caps will also fit if you cut the alignment tabs (curved tabs) that are located on the back side perimiter of the cap.
An added bonus if you want to do this, is that the 01 Harley centercap emblem is the identical size as the script "P" emblem on the Factory Reproduction wheels.
In closing the Factory Reproductions Sales Rep bullshlt meter was at 50%,.. he said lugs
and caps would work. End of story.
