Was contacted by the company yesterday and was told that the black are not DOT approved (Cayman is exempt) and chose to go with red also.
In regards to the Line of Fire: I contacted the seller this a.m. requesting a change to the 49". Will see what happens.

This is someone that wants our business? This is the email I received when I did not want to change my color selection from what was originally offered. They took my funds immediately when I ordered. They then, 4 days later said that black was not offered by the manufacturer and I had to change my color choice. Also, that I now needed to sign a charge slip, after they already took my funds. Now, they tell me on the phone, they will cancel my order and send credit my account in "oh maybe two weeks when they get to it". This guy Tim is NOT customer oriented and said that "I don't care about your fancy azz Harley Trucks"
I am not some spoiled with kid a daddy-supplied toy! You don't offer something and expect people to adapt to "whatever"four days after you thank them for their order. Sorry for the rant.

Attached E-mail:You must be one of those child-like customers who if things don't go exactly the way they expect, they throw a temper tantrum. We certainly don't like your kind and will be glad to give you your money back when it goes through accounting.

I 'm very sorry TIM was not able get the black tail's for you all.

I did talk to him about the black l.e.d tails before hand.

I was looking for the best price I could find & he gave it to us.

Mike, not your fault at all. And the problem is not that they could not get them. I have been in on alot of group purchases, sometimes waiting for months to get the items. But the vendors were up front about supply problems, etc. It was the way it was presented by Tim with ultimatums and threats that bothered me. He took my money within 10 mins of my order and now is playing like some thug about refunding it. I wish you could have heard him on the phone. I thought I was in south central L.A. I appreciate your effort, Really.
