yeah, I'm west coast - Bradenton/Sarasota
Be great if the silencer filler master would come down and show us exactly how to do it - hint hint 9144
MRBLUEOVAL is Tampa, he knows how to turn a wrench too, I bet we can rope him into a mod day + I think he's pulled a blower before.
My dad has a 6 car garage/huge driveway, I'll ask him and see what he would think about displacing his cars for a day and filling the area with Harleys. That's where MBO and I did his FTVB and boost gauge. Any garage looks better the more HD trucks you put in it!

How many guys would wanna make the trek over here for a mod day?

post up if you're interested!

I'll show if beer is involved. Don't have a supercharger anymore but still enjoy the "sport"

If we do this I would be willing to bring air horn kits and help install.

after hearing that monster golf cart horn- that would be great Kevin!

what kinda $$ we talking?

sure coulda used the horns last weekend
coming through traffic, full size chebbie on air bags, nose high - back bumper sparking on the road. I pull up along side at about 30, punch it, downshift- SC howls tires bark, I let off he pulls up along side still sparking - thumbs up out the window then lets off a locomotive style train horn. scared the bejeezus outta me! But then I was htinking, hell if he's already got tanks and compressors for the bags - why the hell not?
Woulda been so awesome if I coulda answered!

looks like this needs it's own thread in the FHTOC section...

I'm tied up the next weekend, but the one after that looks good. Speaking of AIR Horns. I was in a parking lot about 3 weeks ago looking at something under the hood and someone passed buy and blew a train horn, a real train horn. It was the loudest horn I have ever heard in my life. I started doing some research. There is one with a compressor, holding tank, etc. that puts out 152 db. at 150 Hz. The Cannonball Express. The cost is about $650. The next one down that fits indiscretely is the Challenger EC. 120db at 235 HZ for $130. Not the same. anyone have additional info. These are WOLO horns.

BNB2, what did you do with the throttle body? I was looking at it this morning because I was thinking of painting the plennum blue to go with my paint scheme and ur right. It doesn't look like too bad of a job.

my dad has TRIPLE train horns on his truck and MAN O MAN are they loud, as a matter of fact i got a ticket for using them last nite along with being able to hear my music from 100 ft, not having my license, and no proof of insurance (yes, 4 tickets at one time). anyways, maybe we could all meet in orlando, that seems to be the center of everything and i will be moving down there soon anyways, i can bring my tool-box, got everything needed to do this.
