You Guys Rock!

I have a chance at buying a used extender for my SCrew, and for the life of me (and my Local Ford Dealer) could not find the proper parts to attach it to the box. People were sending me towards a Westin setup, but I knew the Ford OEM was not like that simply from pictures I had seen.

Well, low and behold, when I called my local Dealer with the part number found in this thread, they said Oh?...Is this what you wanted?...Well Yeah!...Duh!

$28 and change for the set, and will be in tomorrow.

Thanks a Bunch!!

okay that's what i though, but the guy at the ford place said it was for one. he entered in the part number for the fronts and wrote down 94 dollars and something, about the same for the back, so i figured that seemed about right since i heard they went up in price. then he said that the 94 dollars and the 90 dollars for just one of the fronts and one of the backs. so i left.

That's sounds weird, because, who would buy only one front or only one rear?

I am sorry for the confusion, here's the Billstein part # for both, front and rear, and these come with the hardware/bushings:

Front- F4-BE5-2478-H1

Rear- F4-BE5-2479-H1

Both cases times 2.

when I ordered my shocks from ford they always came individually.

and hoff, why would you order just one? if just one blew out, or if one side was in an accident, etc.

I see shocks just like I see tires, if it's half life, and only one blows out, I have to replace either in pairs, or all four...but that's me
