Once upon a time

four years ago to be more precise (07-20-2003, 05:29 PM ) a guy nick named "Venom" was criative enough to bring up his very "own" cheap MOD...and today,after all of those years,it's still rocking and changind the look of peeps trucks...you rock Ven...

Only if the trucks are prior to '04...

The "L" '04 grille is with fat bars,and it won't work there

huh? I could have sworn all 01-04 L's had the same grille with the thick bars. 99-00 with the honey comb

they sell a version that is U shaped like the door trim stuff and slips right over top of the grille bars. I used some in the engine bay to trim out the CF radiator cover and engine bay border

Got the same stuff as well, it will work fine, just gotta take your time and keep it straight.

you can take it back and get the U channel stuff. will probably go on a bit straighter and hold up a bit better since it'll be on there a bit more secure.

It will still work but if you can return it and get the molding that is an easier way. Not sure about the holding up part, mine has been there close to 1 1/2 years and it still looks pretty good.

It will work. Your lower grill is the stock one...same as everyone else who did the mod.
