I would suggest , even thought you didn't open the bleeder's , bleed the system. You may have inadvertently sucked in some air thru the systems some how. Perhaps the fluid level was low in the reservoir. I always open the lid and just set it on until I am done then top off the fluid. Start at the farthest line and work toward the shortest...

K ill try bleeding the system tomarrow night, too tired tonight, does anybody recomend getting one of those bleeder kits or not.

His master cylinder or brake booster maybe bad as well.

Ive heard that i have to have a bleeder kit to do these brakes. I know how to do it the old fashion way but will that work for my application.

The hand pump bleeder will cost you $30 or so. The old fasioned way of pump and release will spray brake fluid all over the place unless you put a hose on it and capture the fluid in a bottle.
