How To: "clean idle air control"
Here is a link with pictures of how to clean the Idle Air Control. It is located at the back of the plenum right before it attaches to the blower as seen in the pictures.

basically its easy enough you don't even need pics.
remove the two 8mm bolts and the electrical plug look inside the IAC, you see a valve and a spring. Spray it with carb cleaner, then spray it with WD-40 and work the spring/valve open/shut carefully with a screwdriver to make sure its not stuck. Thats it!
