The Helwig bar is a good match for the stock front, but the stock HD shocks are pure junk, and I would encourage everyone to at least replace them with the Bilstein off of the Lightning. These shocks can be purchased from http://www.fordpartsonline.com/ for $170 shipped.

exhaust, smoothed pieces, bedrug, sway bar, bilstein shocks now too? all in one month to boot. LoL!

Well, I just figured if you guys were going to spend money for a rear sway bar, then you might as well fix the weakest link in the suspension. You could always spring for some QA1’s. hehehehehehehehe;w

Chris how do the qa1's handle? I want something other than a "stock" suspension.....even though the billsteins are better than what I have now.

And how much are they.

The QA1’s are a billet 12 ways adjustable, and rebuildable racing shock. There is nothing better for our truck unless you want custom Penskes or Bilsteins. This is the same shock that all of the autox Lightning guys run, and they cost about $675 for a set of four. LFP is supposed to have them in stock soon.
