"How to" - Blinkers/turn signals do not work

Just wanted to share my issue I found. This is spesifically for my blinkers/turn signals not working. The simptoms were that sometimes when i turned on my turn signal it would buzz and flash wildly. Then it wouldnt work for a few days, then it would work again. After a while I also discovered that moving the stering wheel tilt up and down messed with it.
What I found was that the locking clip on the electrical connector of the turn signal lever was broken off. The connector was rocking out of the socket and causing intermitant connections. As a quick fix I looped a rubber band around the harness and tied it around the socket.

I will try that mine does the same thing. Will let u know if i find another solution
