HI,
Its a true oil separator that never needs replacing, or cleaning.
I have been working on this kit for some time now.

My name is Vince, and I am a ASE certified Master Mechanic.
I own 3 auto shops in the Baton Rouge area.

My interest came from having the same problem as everyone else and not being
happy with the patch style fixes.

Regular oil separators need cleaning and draining. Plus everyone always asks
"Why do you have that oil bottle on your truck, and why does your truck use
oil?" (not totally understanding what's going on).
Other kits block off the Supercharger suction port. This allows oil/oil
vapors to be pulled into the lower intake, (only it's below the intercooler
where you can't see it) or can possibly allow boost pressure to enter the
crankcase. Under boost when blow by is at its greatest these vapors can only
escape by the driver's side valve cover.
Oil/Oil vapors reduce the octane rating of your fuel.
Mine does not need cleaning or draining, EVER.
It's totally MAINTENANCE FREE. Most will never even
know it's there.

Using the supercharger to "pull" a crankcase evacuation, "especially under
boost", allows for better piston ring seal.
My kit removes 99.9% of oil from the incoming air being pulled in from the
PCV line. Better yet, it drains the oil back into the crankcase. There is
also "never" a chance of boost pressure entering the crankcase, nor is there
boost loss/bypass.
This can get deep real fast, and I am trying to keep it simple.
Feel free to ask specific questions.

The kits have been sold on the grass roots level.
People have been so impressed with them I have been urged to take this
venture to a higher level.

The kits sells for $200.

Rob,
My tests have found that the lower hose is not needed as a second source of vacuum during cruise mode.
My hoses are larger (allowing for a greater volume of air), and remember that the pcv plumbed into the upper plenum is behind the throttlebody.
With the supercharger designed to supply more air than the engine needs, I always have a large VOLUME of air being pulled through the PCV at ALL times, even during cruise mode.
The recycling effect of the lower hose is not needed anymore because there will be no more puddling of oil in the lower intake.
This also gives you back a minor amount of boost loss.
NO modifications are needed to the driver's side because this is the fresh air inlet.
With the PCV being exposed to the massive amount of air being pulled through it, especially under boost, and without the recycling of the lower hose, you will not get anything coming back through the driver's tube.
I also feel that the recycling effect of the lower intake hose slows down the suction of the supercharger.
Originally, with the supercharger (still able to overconsume) all the crankcase oil/vapors, if you blocked off the lower hose WITHOUT my filter you would suck in even more oil than you do in the stock form.
I feel that the lower hose in the stock form aids in draining the lower intake of oil, as well as slowing down the suction from the supercharger in hopes of consuming less oil.
Basically its a never ending nasty cycle.
I decided to use this massive suction in our favor for:
1-stopping the small amout of boost loss from the lower hose.
2-evacuating the crankcase at ALL times, with even a greater evacuating force when under boost.
Crankcase evacuation under boost will enhance piston ring seal.

Although the gains are small, consider the stopping of boost loss, as well as better ring seal.
Coupled with NO oil in the intake tract.

Nothing to lose, but everything to gain.

These filters are not cheap; they are also modified by myself as they were not originally intended to be placed on an automobile.
It works, and NO oil gets past this filter.
BETTER yet, you never have to service it.
Plug and Play.

I also sell and install EVANS waterless coolant.
But that will be another thread and test session.
I have installed it on supercharged, turbo, mustangs, and trucks.
with amazing tuning success.
NOt for overheating problems,
Check out their web site for all the info.
