So, after having the owner of our property mgt company and the insurance company threaten to take this woman to court she finally figures that she better do something. Gee, what a concept! So, hopefully demo on the back unit started today and we will be home soon. And have a mod day at our place to celebrate!

Oh wait spoke too soon............nobody called my contractor. I call the lady get the mold guy info, call him and we get "disconnected", and now calls are going straight to voice mail. Freakin A!!! Why am I having to do everything? The owner of the unit behind us should be making sure her peeps are doing what they are supposed to do......aaaaaauuuuugggggghhhhhhh

Was getting better pretty fast...until all this crap happened.....sleeping on a facking crap *** matress in the hotel kinda put the healing process on hold...DEAR GOD IS THE END EVEN CLOSE!!!

Slowly working back into the mod mode again. GOt a stack of them to put on...luckily I got the Crappers around me to help out when needed.!!! The only thing that sucks is no crapper in the condo right now....its all out...so if ya gotta go then its a treck up to the club house or pool house to use the loo...............

Well, demo on the back neighbor started Friday.............Im still stunned. So there is a light at the end of the tunnel, just arent sure if its really the end or a train LOL more to follow later in the week

Dear god is it ever gonna stop!!!!

So the back side neighbors finally got off their azz to start fixing their side this past Friday, Sweet right? this meant that the end was in sight, we were getting ready to go this weekend to get paint, tile and a tub so that our contractor could start putting us back together next week....

OH BUT HELL NO.....!!!!!!!!!!!!(I swear if I catch that little bastard Murphy I'm gonna wring his scrawny neck!!!!)

Guess either during the tear down something got damaged on their side, or just a bad cutoff valve for thier tub....but

Thier side takes a big whiz on our stuff!!!!

SO now we have new water damage from them, took out another wall, the door frame and the carpet in the hallway!!!!

I CANT FRICKING WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I own the condo, I dont rent.....

the back side walls are down.....they jsut induced a leak or whatever....and now damaged caused by two neighbors.....

Stand by....I swear if the back side neighbor gets pisy with me.....I am getting paid....Council has been retained and ready to pull the trigger and unleash the hounds of hell.
