why doesnt someone paint this on their hood/tonneau??

IMHO, it would be too gaudy, too much for it. Maybe it would look different with it on the truck, but I dunno, to me it seems like it would be too much for the truck.

It would look good if it was done rif=ght by a really good painter. I have seen some crappy flame jobs on trucks......
