My upcoming trip to Wis. and Mn.

I am headed to Wis. at the end of July, to move my 15 y/o son to Florida to live with me.

I will then go to Warroad, Mn. to visit my daughter. I will post my route when i get it figured out and maybe i can meet up with some of you for coffee along the way.

Congrats. Wish I was closer. Maybe you could swing through KC at Lightningfest depending on when you are going to Mn.

Fep, if you come through Milwaukee, let me know and I will do my best to meet up with you. Is he moving in permanantly? If so, congrats. I know you were hoping to get that worked out.

Yes he is. Thanks. I finally got his mom to see what was/is best for him. If it looks like my route will be close, i'll give you shout before we leave.

Wow can't hardly get any more northern MN than that.

Have a safe trip, and congratulations on getting your son.

If you were to come on the other side of IN I would take you out for lunch/supper.

Fep, you will be about an hour west of me when you go through Madison, WI. Do you know what part of the week you will be leaving FL? If you pass through on a weekend, I am definately in. Weekday might be a bit difficult. Just keep us informed of firmer dates.

Oh, and make sure you have at least half a tank of gas when you get north of Bloomington, IL on I-39. Once you get passed the first exit or 2, there isn't much. I think at 1 point there isn't gas for about 50 miles or so. lol.

We will be going thru Madison early Thursday morning. We are staying Rockford, Ill. Wed. Night July 23rd and the same motel on the way back on Tues. the 29th.
