FL GTG...Narrowing down the date

Alright, based upon the other thread we are down to 4 dates...so lets see which one we end up with, then Sean and I and who ever else wants to help out will get on organizing this.

Not really sure on that one. Sean asked me to aid in finding an appropriate date and then we would work on the venue.

I am down for whatever...maybe a lil bit of all would be fun!!!

What I was hoping to do is a little of everything. I remember 5 years ago when I first bought my truck I was a intimdated with it because I was used to working on my 4 cylinder Miata. My first get together showed me how to do an IC clean, plug change and other things people were working on at the time. I was looking to have the same thing done. There are a lot of new FHTOC peeps that would like to tackle some of these things but with a little support. Also it'd be nice to have a dyno day for those that would be interested in that. And depending on the date whatever is happening at that time we could make a point to be there.

I thought we would get a little bit more interest from people in setting something up but it seems like we are having a tough time getting folks to commit.

I don't think there is one. It doesn't seem that we can get enough interested to do a gtg the way I had envisioned. Matt and I were hoping to get Torrie to do some tuning at Hurricane Performance and help some others with mods that they have. I'm always looking for an excuse for a road trip so heading up the weekend of 5/8 is still an option for me.

Now that is a GREAT IDEA!! And one HUGE motivator for me

With enough good luck and fortune I can have my build and swap done by then if we did this in late May... Would be pretty cool to have a large turnout of fellow brothers out there to witness the cherry getting popped with my build on the dyno
