He is for sure, Lol. I couldnt deny him if I tried to. I am working on the hasp and lock already, I was sittin in the living room and the alarm chimed for the garage door, I looked up and he walked up to me yellin here daddy, Had one in his hand, I was proud but nervous,ol. Then he climbed up on my bike and yelled at me to come look, I told him I appretiate his enthusiasm but stay the hell away from it. He laughed at me.

Make sure that the hasp covers the mounting screws when it is closed. I didn't and my son opened his toolbox and had the fridge open in about 3 minutes! Mechanically inclined chips off the old block is what we are raising. I saw your boy wrenching on his F 150 so I can see it coming in your future. He is a cute boy and I know you are proud. I am happy for you to be home now and I feel like I know you from all of your entertaining posts over the last few months. Now enjoy the life you have served our country to protect. Thanks, Bro!

I read someone posted "good luck removing the snout without removing the plenum" and I did it! With a 1/4" ratchet, u joint, and a flex cable extension it is possible to achieve. That 1 bolt under the plenum and behind the throttle body is a mofo. When you separate the snout from the blower case you may have to tap a screwdriver in the seam to break it free and try not to seperate the rotor plate from the blower case. It is ok as long as it doesn't move too much. I was concerned a little when mine came apart a little but as long as the rotors dont move forward enuff to slide out of the rear shaft bearings it is ok. FYI, Ford was gonna have to order snout oil for about $30 so I drove across the highway and bought em from Chevy for $17. It is very easy to change but you need to cover the alternator with towel to catch what little oil you cant siphon out. After I applied a bead of RTV black gasket sealerto the sc I carefully slid the snout on and had a couple of cusswords trying to line up the pins on the drive rotor coupling and the snout shaft without screwing up the RTV but it went together and has not leaked oil. It is pretty easy to do by yourself. Now I am intimidated about pulling the SC to clean IC and change plugs but I am hoping to organize a mod part7y after it cools off in the fall. Good luck bro.
