What are my options for a repair of my E-Fan controller?

I think it bit the dust

Its not kicking the fan on any more (and even moving the low speed set screw manually wont kick it on like it used to, nor will the relay click) The truck over heated and pucked up on my wife today and it freaked her out.

So what are my options? Can I send it in and pay for just what needs repaired? Or do I need to buy a new one?

Gimme a call on my cell if you dont mine. two eight one - seven four four - one nine two eight.

-Patrick

(btw, I'm the same dumbass that had an user caused issue in the past)

Mike to the rescue!!! This is why you buy from Madenterprises...customer service is fantastic!!!

Oh yea, Mike I forgot to tell you...I have continued to attempt to work with my control module since the truck was down for so long. After turning the dial I was able to get the high speed to kick on. Problem is that that the dial is turned all the way down so the fan will kick on when the truck turns on, but the high speed isn't coming on till the truck's water temps is 215 or higher.
