Blake (Fuzion) Finnel 1986 - 2007 R.I.P

After a long battle with pneumonia, Blake (Fuzion) Finnell passed away late Saturday night, 8-11-07.

I received the sad news from Blake's dad this morning. Blake's heart just quit working. He will be missed.

The funeral service has been moved to Lake Pointe Church Auditorium.

Marshall “Blake” Finnell, age 20 of Heath, TX, passed away August 11, 2007. He was born December 3, 1986, in Dallas, TX, to Harley “Bubba” Finnell, Jr., and Jerolyn Terrell Finnell. Blake was a member of the National Harley Truck Owners Club and founder of the North Texas Chapter. He attended Lake Pointe Church.

Blake is survived by his parents: Harley and Jerolyn Finnell of Heath; brother: Harley “Trey” Finnell and nephew Harley Cadden Finnell of Rockwall; sister: Brittany Finnell of College Station, TX; sister-in-law: Nicolette Finnell of Rockwall; grandparents: Lucille Terrell of Mississippi, Gloria Jane Cotton of Louisiana, Harley and Sue Finnell of Louisiana; aunts: Judy Seebach and Rhonda Lusco; and a host of close friends and family.

Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Wednesday, August 15, 2007, at Lake Pointe Church, 701 E. I-30, Rockwall, TX, 75087, with Rev. Lyn Cypert officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday and Tuesday evening at the funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Memorials may be made to the Honorable Scholarship Fund In Memory of Blake Finnell for his nephew: Harley Cadden Finnell at Fulton Academy of Rockwall, 1623 Laurence Dr., Rockwall, TX 75032.

Blake would always make it a point to talk with and get to know everyone at the THT gtg's we used to have. A great guy.

I am extremely shocked and saddened by this also. I didn't know Blake other than the threads I read with his posts, but you feel like you know someone when you have been posting for so long. The fact that he was in his early 20's just makes it even more difficult to swallow. I am very sorry for this loss and my condolences to his family and to Chloe.

I cannot believe this. I am sure he got the keys to a brand new ride when he got to the big Ford dealership in the sky. Prayers go out to Blake and his family.
