cutting cats off.

i have a 2002 harley truck and i was wondering if anyone else has cut their cats off..........i had it done today....i done it to my mustang noticed a pretty good bit of power increase....what i was wondering was isnt it the less backpressure u have the better on a supercharged vechicle the better? i live in alabama so they dont do smog test.oh yeah i do have a muffler though dual in/out flowmaster

In FLA we don't have smog testing either. Make sure you get a tune.
