I would imagine this deal would go just as well. I wonder what the reserve is, and if enough people were interested, if he would do a group buy on these?

Looks like he has them in another auction for $350 each buy it now.
That would be Parkway Ford. Joe was great to work with on organizing the column pod/boost gauge Group Buy.

Nice wheels however I'm partial to Lightning wheels. All in due time.

I'm with Bob...ever since I got my HD, I've wanted to find some 20" replica 2003 Lightning wheels...but they don't make those.

The '03-'04 is my favorite followed by the '99-'00.

    Maybe they'll eventually make them.

That would be sweet!! But I also think our wheels are some of the sharpest around. I like them better than the vast majority of the aftermarket (JJ, Boyd, etc.) ones out there.

55#'s each which is real close to what ours weigh before you tack on the weight of the 35# tire. From what Iv'e been told It's the same wheel as listed in racing catalog but it does actually come with the HD center cap. It also has a different order # and is not yet available from Ford Racing as of yet. Not sure what it list for though. Also was told to be on the lookout for more products to be released by Ford Racing specifically for our trucks. Just like the Boost gauge. I guess Ford wants a piece of the pie on the customization of our trucks.

I have sold my HD wheels they were 50lbs each,

They do make 20" lightning replica wheels in the older style for I have a set of those on the truck.

    HB,

How much lighter are those 20" Lightning replicas, if any? If someone doesn't end up making the '03-'04 L wheels, I'll probably opt for the '99-'00 or the '01-'02 20" ones.

    Thanks,

    Collin

Yep, just regular ford racing rims that somebody put a HD center cap on.

if you look closely at some of the 00 HD brochures, the earlier brochures had a slightly different rim on the HD. more curved or something, but still the same basic design, before the final production version was out.

not really a fan of those tri-spoke's on the ford racing rims. ford kinda missed the boat on ford racing products for the HDf150 since the run is already over with and into superduties now.

i'm still wishing ford collection made a HD f150 watch with a leather band, face that matched the speedo cluster, and hands that matched the speedo needles, and chrome bezel
