    a faster 2003 harley ? UK owner

Im pretty new to this, although been reading the threads for a few months. Ive had a 2003 HD for about 3 months now and im lovin it!. basicly I want to make my harley the fastest thing off the lights this side of the pond!!. But i havnt got a clue where to start. I just need some help with what i shoudl buy, what are the best parts to buy and what order to buy them in. I really hope you guys can help me out here.
The harley is pretty much as it came, but for a new sound system. went for the Alpine IVA D900r with the DVD sat nav and MP3 6 disk changer. oh yeah and a reversing camera.

    cheers guys

    To start:
    Factory Tech Valve Body
    6# lower pulley
    Predator tuner
    K&N panel filter
This would put you in the high 13s, around 370 HP at the RW and it really wakes up the truck...JM2c

There are several supporting vendors here that sell this stuff...

Than of course you could do ram air/CAI, full exhaust, new blower if you are really serious, etc , etc...really depends on how much you are willing to spend...good luck.

where are u located? I am in east anglia. The K&N reffered to there is a drop in replacement for your stock air filter. I have the Factory tech valve body on my truck and i love it.!! Are you bringing your truck to Rockingham on sunday? If so we will talk there. I have been working on show stuff mostly but could help with performance mods as well.

from VINCE. All 3 above are supporting vendors here. Pix of your engine w/o one:

The ftvb shortens the shift pattern in the tranny. during normal driving it shifts pretty much like stock, but when you stomp it it shifts alot quicker

Let me re-post the link for what happens to your engine if you DO NOT HAVE AN oil SEPARATOR: http://nhtoc.com/vbforum/showthread....+oil+in+intake

    It helps prevent the above.

just a heads up, that K&N filter you are bidding for on Ebay will not work. that is for a naturally aspirated f-150 or navi, the lightning and harley trucks use a different type of filter, the one you need will specifically say lightnig/harley s/c 5.4L
