Very bouncy ride - Please help

I'm having some excessive bounce all of the sudden. I have a belltech 1/2 drop and bilstein shocks. The truck rode sooooo good for about a month after the install and slowly started to notice a decrease in ride quality.

Should I change the shocks, change the front springs or both?

The ride is getting unbearable, it's almost to the point where i'm embarassed to have anyone ride with me. I definitely need to stiffen it up a bit.

What's the best thing to do?

You may wanna try with some new shocks first. If went with new springs that are shorter you may have to get some dropped shocks as well. If you use factory ride height shocks with a lowered vehicle the shock doesn't have full travel and dampening integrity.

Thanks Joshua. I have the L spec Bilsteins but I think I need something stiffer.

ditto....i think crockett had the same issue last year and it was a blown rear shock or something like that.

Me thinks the rears have gone down for the dirt nap…

I would replace the rear shocks before anything else and then at some point go with a stiffer leaf (Hotchkis)

I know there was a classified over on NLOC about Hotchkis coils/leafs for $320 shipped.
