Not trying to be a smart a$$ here, but have you considered that SVs primarily check their SV forum and company e-mail, and not the rest of the site? If I were an SV I can't think of a reason why I would troll the rest of the forums looking for something that applied to me, when I have my very own forum to address issues, questions, and group buy proposals, not to mention a toll free phone number where people could ask me. Why don't you consider calling him and talking human to human. Works for me when dealing with Mark, and builds better relations than giving ultimatums.
I called a couple posts to his attention with a 90 second phone call, and he took care of business immediately.
In re-reading this post, I think it could be interpreted as condescending, but I don't mean it that way. Sorry.

1. phone calls (have spoken to him in person plus a few messages left)
2. e-mail (to his PERSONAL account, enough so I won't bug him too much)

Lesson learned on my part. By using the generic "you" I come off as talking down to you personally, and that was never my intent. My apologies.
I just find it extraordinarily odd that the GB would be ignored like that, even considering his perspective on them. That is what sparked my comments.
