Mobile 1 is one of the best I have heard others talk about. That is what I use, and I have had no problems yet.
I was also wondering if there was anything to the use of Kand N filters for Oil and Fuel? What kind of benefits would I get?
ford recommends tranny fluid change at 30 K (just had mine done at 26) and fuel filter at 30K but i know alot of the L guys do the fuel filter every 5-10K

the fuel filters on the trucks clog up really easy. I change mine with every oil change. It makes the truck more responsive. If your truck feels as if it is sluggish or bogging down, change the fuel filter.

I change my oil every 3-5,000 miles whether it needs it or not.
