How do you know he even writes checks? Maybe he just throws down CASH!!!! (Some of us do that)Originally posted by St Louis Harley
One Bad HD is a blank check kinda guy, I wouldn't expect much knowledge besides "my installer told me it was good"..

Besides what right do you have to judge his knowledge of audio systems?
I did not think it made a difference but I did pay all cash. I put in alot of systems for friends when I was in High School but that was along time ago. I do have a great deal of knowledge about stereos but I just dont have the time to install everything. The entire system took over a month to do. There was alot of custom work and they shop will warrenty everything for life. So if I blow a speaker which the door speakers in the front doors are $1600 I dont wont to buy new ones. Try to go into detail later on tonight. The entire system was about $30,000. Before you say that was to much wait till I tell you what is inside.Originally posted by Crockett59

Sorry, I can't make it. I would like to see your install when you get it done.
Hopefully my box will get the attention that it needs.

Sub box is sitting in the wood shop, ready to be sanded and fiberglassed again. I need to start working on it again before Josh says that I'm not allowed to the next East coast meet.
He threatened me last time, so I had to work extra hard to get it ready enough to show. Then on the way home I blew out the seal between the Plexi and the box. Cheap A$$ window caulk, Lifetime guarantee my A$$.
The caulk was only a quick fix until I got the stuff that I wanted. ;)
hey ST Louis, what are you putting in the rear doors? I am considering a similar setup and was curious as to what you were gonna use back there? Also, a how to on mounting those 8's would be a HUGE help
Thats freakin kool!!!!
