    Dirty truck

Just be warned - I have not had a chance to clean my truck at all over the last weeks, so it is really filthy - black wheels and covered in crud. I did however take out the sandwich wrappers off the floor, so I did make some small effort....

Crazy - want to park next to me?

I'm meeting Barry at 9.00 at Winchester services on the M3, so should hit the M25 around 9.30 and the Ace around 10.00. First one ther just ask abot the reserved parking area. I've forgotten her name (Charlene?) but the General Manager has sorted it with Mark, the owner.

See you all there, and I'm looking forward to my breakfast already.

    Dean,

No more excuses now as I've been shopping tonight (in Pittsburgh) and am loaded with the cleaners I need. I did sort my rims Sunday afternoon - just a little late. There's a pretty stark difference between Pep Boys and Halfords.....

    Dean,

It was like early Christmas there - I picked up a set of overlay covers for the rear lights to block out more of the white in the lenses, a billet fuel filler door (no logo, sadly, but for $40...), Sylvania SilverStar bulbs (the HID effect ones), Mothers cleaners and a decent wheel brush.

I have to go past again later and tomorrow..... (but be kind with requests - my luggage is pushing the max already!)

    Dean,

No problem with the door and bulbs - they are different to UK fittings. I'll look out for Hallmark and will get in touch on Saturday when I'm back.

    Max,

Crate us up a load of Mothers stuff dude. It'll cut my costs no end...LOL

Those head light bulbs sound good mate if you have any room left.

    Happy Holidays....

Is it snowing over there. It is meant to be here tomorrow. I wonder what 340 bhp in a truck is like in snow....

    Kev,

a pair of the bulbs is $50, so no problems.

No snow here, but there was earlier in the week in Boston - then it thawed and froze, so not great driving conditions for most people. However - I seem to be in a minority and had a blast. The fact that I had a hire car helped a lot...

On the Mothers stuff - if you can get stuff to my crater in Boston by next Thursday, there's still time to use it as "packing".
