WOW! The '06 Harley F150 is definitely pretty pimp, though it could use a few other things before it gets released to the showrooms. First of all, that thing looks like it has more ground clearance than my brother's lifted YJ Jeep! Ford needs to bring this thing out of the stratosphere and put it on the ground where it belongs. Second, I think that the chrome side bars should return to their rightful place on the truck. It's a Harley isn't it? Harleys = Leather + Chrome + Pimp. Lastly, I think that the interior is a bit too Spartan to be in a Harley truck. It should have more blling to it and a little something special put into it, like the interiors of the older trucks. Lastly, Ford- BUILD A SUPERCREW! The extended cab looks great but I think the SCrew will look a lot better. If anything, Ford should release both models of the truck.
On another note, I like the wheels. To me they just look like an updated version of the ones on our trucks now, but the new one MUST be chrome. Another is that this thing better have something seriously nasty under the hood. We don't need stock Titans (ew, Jap Crap) or Tundras (slow as poop) walking over us. AWD as an option on these truck would be great as well. Well, if Ford gets their heads out of their A$$es and listens to the consumers (us), they'll have a great truck, but I suppose we'll just wait and see.....
I think Ford is trying to make all F series look the same and the new F 150 is just following It's sister F250 with the high up to the sky look...
It's not for me...if I drive that high probably my nose will bleed
BTW...Porsche and VW are German not Japs...nice try though;t

Titans are made by Nissan and Tundras are by Toyota
and those are both made in the USA
2003 F-150 Harley Davidson "100 yr. anniversary"
2007 BMW 530i
2014 RAM 1500
But both are a JAP owned company/originated there and main office is there correct?

So jeff56 chimes in that:
Titans are made by Nissan and Tundras are by Toyota (and seconded by 2 tone)
And now I agree with BlackN Blown who adds:

We are now all on the same sheet of music (I hope)

No I would not buy a Jap truck. It was fun as a kid but now I need the room. What's the answer? My voice is too small. I can only vote with my wallet.
The Porsche Cayenne or the VW Tourag are about the only vehicles I would consider but can you haul plywood in those?
I did see a Nissan factory supercharged 4X4 though. Hmmmm.
;i Look above then you'll see why my comments about Porsche and VW...Originally posted by kromdom

02moneypit seem confused that's all
Hoffman,
Thanks, was wondering where your reference to Germans came from! If you have read enough of 02moneypit's posts, you'll see that he does tend to ramble or go off-tangent at times (please do not ask me if he likes to:drink: :drink: :drink:
