    Twin Turbo Build thread.

I only had a few minutes to work on it this morning but I did get the rough idea for what I'm gonna be doing for a bracket for each turbo.

Basically the only part to arrive thus far are the 60 trims but I should be getting some of the exhaust in soon.

Right now, I'm waiting on an intercooler then I'll start actually mounting the setup on. We had plates water jet cut to match the gasket of the midplate, so as far as a manifold, I'll have a nice machined baseplate to work off of and a custom cut throttle body flange. So, until I get some pieces rolling for that, I'm kind of at a stand still, but heres the pics. I'm not doing the rear mounted idea anymore, doing them behind the fog lights behind the front fascia.

    Enjoy...

Still gonna work on cleaning up that bracket, but I'm on my way to a soccer game, so probably won't do much more until I get the intercooler in so that way I can space the turbos properly.

should be pretty sick with them mounted behind the foglights. Going to remove the fogs to have a direct shot of fresh air to a set of filters?

Yes sir. I was gonna go ahead and mount it tonight, but I won't have the intercooler until tomorrow so we'll get to see that pic later in the week.

Damn Ryan that's going to be sick. I'll need to see that beast when it's done. A good excuse for me to get some tuning done.

Should run good, I got the turbo's all tore apart I'm just gonna be using the compressor housing for mockup for the time being. Got pretty much all of the intercooler components off, awaiting the new ones. Nate picked up the mid plates and flanges today, so I'm anticipating three weeks to get the entire cold side back on, then I'll fab the hot side during November.

Sweet, I've been looking for you and/or Nate at the track but haven't seen you guys. I'm assuming Nate isn't wanting to get booted from the track just yet.

We've only been once lately and I've been too busy to get out there by myself. This will change once the TT is done. I just picked up the intercooler, midplate, and throttle body flange.

Here's a small update. Still waiting on a lot of parts but I did get the FMIC mounted, the flanges cut for the midplate and the T/B and I've started mocking up the manifold.

This week is finishing the manifold in aluminum. I've got to get the pieces measured, checked, re-checked, cut, then assembled.

Assuming all of that goes well, next week will be finishing the cold side of the system by fabbing the discharge of the FMIC to the T/B.

After that, turbo brackets get adjusted, and fabbed into the final posistion. Then I start hot side piping on the passenger side. From there I see where I'm at.
