    e-mail question

    I have indicated "no" as to be notified by e-mail when someone posts to one of my threads.... but it continues to send me email.... what do I need to change to turn this option off ???

    go to user cp and look to see if you have any threads subsribed. the system subsribes me from time to time and i unsubscribe them to stop the mail...
