Mark:
Regarding the e-fan kit. How does this plug and play wiring harness work? Is there already a fan controller on the truck that you tap somehow? If not, how/where does the temperature sensor go so the fans know when to come on and go off? Give me a little info, please, and if it sounds good I'll order that bad boy next week.
Mark, Hey thanks, I sent you a e-mail and a pic of our pulley mix up, I know you will send me the correct one Monday with my e-fan order, 90mm. Hey, send me a call tag in the box with the new pulley so I can send you back the other one. Thanks for being there when we need you and being so straight up when it comes to business..GarrettOriginally posted by Lightningforce

BigK,
Our wiring harness includes a temp. sensor that sends signal to turn fan on/off. This sensor mounts in block just behind your oil filter ( check it out ). There is a plug there at the moment.
There is also AC-on and key on.

Mark, Thanks a million. I love the way your Idler Tensioner Kit look's and can't wait to get the E-Fan and install it. Thanks again for the great customer service....Garrett
No box's yet or call tag, I have put the box out every day,,,,,I guess I could put the wrench's down......
This fan is great and easy to install the only special tool I used was the fan clutch removal tool and I rented it from a auto parts store. The instructions on this piece is very good with pictures and tells you what you will need to get this mod installed. It took me maybe a little over 2 hours but it was raining on and off when I was doing it so I took a couple of breaks. The hardest part to me was getting the fan removal tool in the engine bay and getting it to grab and hold (2 people doing this part would be easier)!
Thanks for the heads up, mine should be here any day....
