I bought the reflexxions cowl hood for my L without the cobra style scoops and I love it. I bought mine from www.sporttruckdirect.com

Great people and was packaged well.

    Thanks

Its a steel hood, so finish is great. It is somewhat functional.....I was looking closely at mine today and the gaps and holes under the hood, go through and out the back of the hood.......such as to vent the heat.

I may buy another for my HD truck.

BTW.....it comes with the regular F150 hood shocks/supports, which are beefier than the Lightning or HD version. They have no problems holding the hood open.

One of these days I will get a hood. I am still wanting a functional shaker hood that I will modify the shaker scoop with something new. GOt everything lined up in terms for modding the setup, jsut need to crap 900 bucks for the hood and another 150 for the new scoop!!!
