??? for all using hawk brake pads - Brake squeal
I purchased Ruslows slotted and dimpled rotors and Hawk pads about 9 months ago. In the past month or 2 I've been having a tremendous amount of squeal when coming to a complete stop.
Is there ANYTHING I can do to eliminate or reduce this? Is there anything I can spray on the rotors without taking the brake calipers off?
I brought it to the shop that installed them; they said they could do something for it but it would just come right back in a few weeks. I'm glad they were honest because I would've forked over the dough to be rid of the noise.
