I flew to Raleigh Durham and picked it up on Thursday of last week. It's got a few issues it needs to go in to the dealer for, but basically it's a real clean 03 Redfire Cobra Coupe with low miles. It's begging for some mods.

Love the car, sounds like you got a reasonable deal on it. Hope it was worth the turn in's that you had to do.
I personally just wished that Ford used some nicer interior materials... too much chinsey plastic for me to consider buying one at their cost.
26k, not the greatest, but low miles and it hasn't been beat on that I can tell. The Lightning stayed in the family, my mom has wanted it forever. I sold the Vert outright and did ok on it, didn't make money, but didn't lose a ton either. I had a bunch of work in it, don't we always. The car has a few issues to get ironed out through warranty, but the newer ones that aren't beat are getting kind of scarce. I figured I better grab one. Who knows when the next one will be out.
