No the fog lights are not the same for every year, the fog lights for the 00, 01,02, are the same ....the 03 fog light is a little deferent, the 03 fog light chrome reflector has a different pattern to it and that is the only change in the 03 fog light.
The mounting holes & the bulb connector are the same for every year up to the 03.

The fog light will fit either right side bracket or left side bracket, just remove the old one & install the new one.

Fits both right AND left side?! ... you must mean that you are able to get just the reflector/bulb that fits into the bracket?

what I was trying to say is the fog light will fit into either RIGHT side bracket or LEFT side bracket.

question, does it come with the lens? I was under the impression that the lens is part of the mount, can you get just a lens?
