Just installed some on my 02.

Took about an hour only because I was anal about routing the harness.

One connection to pos terminal on battery, one connection to neg terminal on battery. Route the harness to your liking. Remove stocker lights. On each side of the new harness you have two connectors One goes to stocker connection and the other plugs into the the HID Light. Install HID light back in. Then align headlights.

That is the down and dirty of it.

i had a hellova time...one of the plugs didn't fit the back of the headlight...i had to break some of the plastic around the plug to get it to snap on, then i electrical taped it on there *ghetto*. Then i had difficulty getting the 3 posts to line up with the ford holes...once i finally got them in, i found they were not aligned properly...the manual says to adjust the posts, but i couldnt fit a ratchet or anything in there, so i had to remove the lights, turn the little dealy, put them back in, turn on the lights, pull them back out, adjust, put them back in...

...but they are definitely worth the work

Tip for you installing that I just remembered.

Once you pull the stockers out. Measure the distances between the little black x looking adjustment thingy and where the bolt connects to the light. THen transpose that onto the corresponding posts on the HID light. This got me dead on with one light and only a minor adjustment to bring the other light up.

Did not have the problem that you mentioned with the connection with mine.

BTW I had a similer issues when I put my number 3 set on a friends truck.

What we figured out was hapening was the plug wasent bottoming out, basicly the plug on the Xenarc was moving, so it looked like it dident fit, but it did, you just had to hold the plug while pluging it in, its difficult to discribe. I'd say 1 out of 4 of them do it. Just one of those wierd things. Both of my problems were on the driver side.. Wonder if its a prouduction thing..

Yes, you get low beam and High Beam.

The Low Beams are HID, and the high beams are SilverStar Bulbs.

They are the only HID kit for the F150 that does this. (Well with out modification)

The harness's just plug in and retain everything like stock.

On a side note, Im getting 10 sets of them this week. So Ill update the list. And Notify the 1st 10 people and go from thier...

    Thanks

    Bill
