Question for the Admins...
I'm still learning, so be patient. If I upload a pic from my hard drive to a thread, how do I post the image to another thread? I tried inserting the properties in image brackets, and changing the .php to .jpg. along with quit a few other combo's with no results. I can link to the image, but I can't post the image. Can ya help me, or is this possible...

the bulletin board will not allow this. There is probably some code out there to change the way that works, I may look into that.

Ok, so I'm not loosing my mind. I tried what had worked for me before, and it just wouldn't fly. www.sportruck.com is one that I know for sure allows this....

yeah different bulletin boards use different software and thus have different features, so not all bulletin boards are created equal.

i think if you attach a image in one thread, right click then copy the property tag and paste it in your sig orsomething, the link will show up so you can click on it. i think a few other guys have done this, but not totally sure ;)
i'm just going pic-less with my sig until we get some galleries up here

Josh- Yes, you can use the original extension as a link to the image, but you can not post the same image twice, or link it from the original post as an image.
I realize all forums are different, and use different software. I was just using Sportruck as an example. I have another idea that just might get us where we want to be...
