    HID Conversion Kits??

I would love to get a GB on for one of these kits. But as we all know the company must be a supporting vendor. BigD here's the info for the potential sponsor:

    http://www.hidynamic.com

    group buy program

If you are interested for setting up a group-buy program for your bbS forum or want to find web sponsor, please feel free to contact me at hidinfo@yahoo.com. I would give you great wholesale discount price.

Let us know if it happens!! But I don't think its to bad a price even if a GB doesn't happen. What do the rest of you think?

That is a good deal, wish I was ready to buy right now. I like the stock HD lights with the yellow at the base also, these would work great.
Like Stew ask, are they lo/hi or just lo beams?

all hid kits are low beams. the only high/kits are hb4's and 9007's in which the buib moves up or down to create the hi/lo effect not the light intensity. all hid kits are 35 watts the ballast controls the light brightness like a strobe light.... and yes this kit is only a lo beam but thats all you need and if you want both its called a bi-xenon!!!!!!

Gentlemen this is the response I received from this site/company:

    Dear Sir:

The 9007 HID kit is low beam only. However, since the HID low beam now is 4 times brighter than halogen bulbs and the high beam itself is rarely used, it won't matter that much.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at anytime.

    Sincerely
    Timerivers

I thought I read a previous thread saying that the stock HD housing shouldn't be used with HID because the lens would scatter the light and blind oncoming drivers. I think I read that someone hasHID's on their truck and has no problems. That's why I haven't bought them yet because people on the board seem to prefer the Xenarc headlights.

You can check my gallery, as for the glare factor I think it it total and absolutely BS What I think is more of a HAZARD to other drivers safety is a car in the oncoming lane with their HI beams on in that yellow color halogen bulb that blinds every one including myself an I have 35% tint on my entire windshield. So people might say well yours do the same thing to other drivers so I got in my dads L and parked in front of my with both the hid headlight and fog light on an acctually saw the road better, clearer, and could distinguish object in the road in stead of a blur .

HID light emitts a light that is cleaner and a more clear light even in the factory housings. Yes, you don't get the nice flat line like the oem projector beam hid's give you but the light is evenly disperesed. I have had my hid's on my truck for the entire life on my truck and have to say it was one of my best mods. I say for people who like to be on the LAW's side, I would recommed a dot approved product like the xenarc's. My dad has them on his L and they look awesome, but No where even close to the amount of light mine produce.

Just a small law the the auto makers are trying to get the gov to pass. I saw this on (autoline detroit) on sunday mornings where in independent test and interview people who have been hit my cars a night and lived to tell the story . They found that switching all cars to an HID or similar lighting system would save over 3,000 pedestrine lives in the first year from being hit by drivers who could see from inefficent lighting
