GB for lower grill?

I got my lower grille today. its looks awsome, but when i called them on the phone, they said i could send them a check, and since they weren't sure what shipping would cost, they said send $100 and they'd return whatever change there was from shipping.

Well, i got the grille, and i got some giant catalog that i never asked for, got charged 7 bucks for the stupid catalog, and NO change back. shipping was only 6 bucks. they owe me 14 dollars!

Not that its alot of money, but i'll never be buying from them again ;c

i'm calling tomorrow and complaining

mines suppose to come later in the week i guess, and i was charged $89.00 for the grille and shipping, so you actually paid $11 for that mag, or they owe you $4...

they are in NC, you are in CA, and i'm in NJ. i looked at the invoice. shipping was only 6 bucks to me. I don't want that stupid catalog if they are gonna charge me for it, never even asked for one. So they owe me 14 dollars

I got my lower grill today for my 02. It looks great and was on 10 minutes after I got home. Total price, $89. I'm happy!

i just put it on over the black grill. It looks fine that way to me.

Well I received my 02 lower grille on Monday, but it was damaged.......no need to say that I was disappointed. I don't think it was packed properly because there was no packaging at the bottom of the box. There were, however, two foam packages on the sides of the box. One end of the longest bar on the grille was damaged. It had pierced the bubble wrap and the bottom of the box.

Spoke to Toby at Tom's and he said that he would replace it. It's already at UPS to be shipped back. Hope the service is good.

Just got mine mounted. It takes a 5/16" open end wrench to get the top two bolts out of the license plate bracket......if you don't want to cut it.

I didn't want to cut mine. In Calif. it's a ticket if you don't have a front plate. I wanted to keep my license plate bracket in case I have to get a ticket signed off.

Got mine Friday, still not installed! This stinks, i've been looking at it since i got off work Friday night, i want it on. I might do it tomorrow before or after work, depends when it gets washed.
