Well if I could get anyone to answer the phone at Twist Machine, I would ship this wheel.

E4OD/4R100 in the works... so the hard part is done... I will call TCI on Tuesday & check status.
EDIT: just for clarification...
E4OD is the Mustang electronic trans
AOD-E/4R70W is the non-S/C'ed truck trans that have been around since 1995
the 4R100 is the Heavy duty S/C late & Power Stroke Trans
so the controler will work for late mustangs & trucks...

Update on that install: Since I can't find a chuck key for a Jacobs chuck # 633C for my shop's drill press, I finally had to special order it today. Need that to drill a small hole in the wheel to fit the Momo horn button plate. Not happening this week.
what hub are you gonna use?
There HAS to be something out the better than the Momo hub. I'd try a Sparco or LeCarra before I went Momo again.
When I talked to a guy from LTB Motorsports about it, he couldn't find an adapter from Sparco that he could be sure would work with an F-150. The Sparcos and Momos look almost identical, but the Momo was longer, which I need.
What problems did you encounter? I'd love to hear before I install. Not too late to return it.

Ayrton spoke with Steve at Twist today ,,,,So we should have a wheel off to them this week...
here's a teaser for my new mod.....
In my opinion, the current transmission control offerings are way overkill for what most of us want. They completely take over the computerized control function and most of us don't want or need that.
I scribbled down a design for a manual control, last year that is only that, "manual gear selection". It will interrupt the PCM commands when engaged and give the driver pushbutton gear selection.
Since I do not have time to "breadboard" the design, I have involved an old friend of mine, the owner of Dedenbear Products, manufacturer of various racing electronic controls and select transmission parts. He is very interested in my concept and agrees that ist could probably be brought to market and sell for ~$300. It would compete with a B&M or Hurst manual shifter for say a C-6 or GM T-400.
I have to contact Gregg Evans at Factory Tech for clarification of a couple of details and then he/we are going to prototype it on my truck.
Sound Interesting?
