    And Finally Some Good News....

It is over three weeks since she arrived from Baltimore and I have only seen the car for a few days, but last week I received confirmation from Haynes of Maidstone (where the car has been having the damage repaired)that they had no option but to accept that the PCM is faulty and that they needed a new one.

Due to having to rebook the SVA test, I did not want to delay the work being repaired so at great expense I authorised the charge of $800 for them to fly a PCM over from the states overnight.

The good news is that it has fixed the problem and the car will be returned to me on Wednesday morning in time for me to get the car through the SVA and registered in time for the Fins & Chrome show in Middlesborough this weekend.

If anyone is going, then give me a shout, car reg is V8 JKK

A big thanks to everyone, but at least we got it sorted now and learnt that if you get unusual error codes, to suspect the PCM as faulty.

    Cheers Stew,

I can't wait until I can start getting all the bodywork and trim sorted, at least the engine is sound and it has porobably had the best service it has ever had.
