Well, I started with a .86 and turned it as far as it would go = .94
I will test this adjustment out on the way to work and report the results! Thanks Guys!
Now to get the extra little bit to get you to .99
You can take the tpS OFF and then hog out the top hole a little and that should give you the extra ya need to get to .99 and you will notice a difference.
My Expy was that low and after getting it to .99 WHOA
I am doing mine tomm., along with getting the finger prints off the new SC.....

Bout time, ws gonna ask if you got to that yet!
It is a cinch give a holler if ya get lost,
BTW you have just enough cable on the pred to plug it in then run it outside the truck betweent he Hood and Cowl to hang it down into the engine bay to see it while you are adjusting TPS.
could i use the sct x 2 to adjust the tps.
not sure,
DOnt have one never used it. If it has a diagnostic/dataloging capability and can monitor TPS voltage then you may be able to. I am sure one of the SCT guys will be able to help you out.
Mine was at 0.96V,,,
Thanks to Tony At www.askstew.com I was able to set it in a jiffy....
Funny,
No problem, jsut spreading the knowledge is all.
LOL, Now how many peeps are gonna try and hit that link
Could somebody answer my question could I use the sct x 2 to adjust the tps.
marioec
If the sct can display the tps voltage then yes. You will still need to loosen the TPS bolts and look at the voltage displayed while you adjust and set the TPS screws to make sure you get it in the .98-.99 range.
If you have a volts meter you can also tap into 2 of the 3 TPS wires and adjust and set it that way.
