not sure how much of a difference you will feel with it being that little off.

Now on my expy is was at .82 and getting it to 99 made a huge difference.

    big

was sluggish before, throttle response was not there, had some flat spots through out the range when slowly getting into it, the idle was a little off.

Guys that I have adjusted lately were high around 1.04 to 1.07. They would take it for a spin and come back going WOW now that made a difference. I did not drive their trucks before adjusting theirs for before and after comparison.

I haven't driven it yet. I'll find out tomorrow, but I'm not expecting to feel a difference with it being off by so little. We'll see.

Mine is at 1.2. tried to get it adjusted, niether screw would budge. Left it alone instead of breaking something or stripping a screw out. I tried every driver in the box. No budgie. DOH!!!

Yeah the one I have is probably an inch long which is just a bit too long to clear the big plastic cap that is right in the way. I did end up pulling the 2 hoses so I could get to the wires easier, but other than that, I didn't remove anything.

Yeah no kidding.. what is up with the super tight screws? Why didn't they use hex bolts instead? That would have made it much easier.

You can switch them out to torx or hex so that the next time its a bit easier or just don't tighten them as much.

Yeah.. that's not a bad idea about replacing them, but if you don't tighten them all the way, it could jolt out of spec very easily. I had it pretty tight and was still able to move it just the tiniest bit and knocked it out of spec by .1 volts. Damn thing is sensitive aint it? lol
