Where is Apex located exactly? (City)
Its really close to the San Jose airport. About a mile away.
Crap thats 175 miles away!
I want to do it, i'm on the fence though...
I might hit a dyno sooner than that.
I've got some new numbers to post.
2002 Black Harley-Davidson F150
2.6 KB, DMP Built Motor, Dynatech LT's
How soon do you need this set up?
When is the date for the dyno days? I have an appointment sept 2nd on a friday, all the saturday's are booked. They just got all the software for predator tunes this week. They are going to update my predator for me, so i'll finally get some numbers.
Went to Apex yesterday. I was there for about 3 hours. Everybody was really cool, Ed who did my dyno, took his time to reprogram the air/fuel mixtures and timing. He also moved my shift points so I was in the power at all shifts. The horsepower was a little lower than expected for me but the truck is more responsive, and shifts a little harder even though I have the ftvb. Last night I made three passes with my G-Tech, And hit a 13.8. Before all I could manage was a 14.2. I am losing alot of traction, still waiting on my bars. I also just ordered bassani high flow cat system, and a cat back system. Hopefully i'll hit a lower 13.
c, f, oil seperator, boost gauge, L6, tr6, cai, lightning shocks, lowered rear shackles. ftvb
bilstiens, LFP traction bars, LFP heat exchanger, LFP intercooler tank, Bassani high flow cat system, Bassani cat back exhaust. 2002 black HD, #8881
I forgot to say that these guys made 11 passes on the dyno. That's why i'm saying they took there time to get the best performance they could.
