    Re: N.O.S. illegal,,,,What next

Shapiro, D-Montgomery, introduced the legislation after a fatal car accident in his district in which the vehicle was equipped with a nitrous oxide tank. The accident claimed the life of a 16-year-old Huntingdon Valley resident.
What about all those people who died with radios in the car, or change in the ashtray, or an open soda. Or died in blue cars, or Hondas, heck lets make anything that has been installed on a car that someone has died in illegal.

On another note, I think it's been illegal to operate a vehicle on public roadways here in Fl with a NOS tank hooked up for awhile.

Absolutely worthless legislation if you ask me. Having or not having NOS in a car will not change the driving habits of the owner. Some dumb *** kid street racing will always be a dumb ***, with or without NOS.

true that you could have anything in your car, it all depends on the driver driving the vehicle
