I got my other things too! Now to save up for the tuner so i can get everything installed!
FTVB is on its way.
Cool, Fuz! Thankfully the FTVB is way lighter than those damn rotors! Hey, got a question... for the FTVB, I read somewhere that you can install (if it's not allready installed, a drain plug on the 4x4 pan to enable you to drain the Transmission fluid easier. Is this advisable? Without the plug how would you change out the fluid? You guys know I'm not too mechanically inclined... duh! I just lift weights.
Pay attention oh strong one.... The 4x4 tranny pan has a drain plug built in to it, it holds more fluid too so it keeps it cooler. Did you buy the FTVB "kit"? When I bought mine it came with the VB, pan and a new filter. I actually have a 4x4 pan not in use, but I need to put it back on, if you don't have one I'll let you have it and you can get me another one next week.

LOL!! Without the drain plug, you get you the biggest drain pan you can find, loosen the bolts around the pan, remove the bolts from one end and start removing the bolts 1 by 1 towards the other end, but do not remove the bolts on the opposite side. The weight of the fluid will start to pull the pan down and it'll start seeping out, then pouring out of end with no bolts....after that, you can only hope that you get most of the fluid in the drain pan.Originally posted by j1mee

Thank you! Like I said... Duh! Elliott, I got the Kit from Chickenears with the 4x4 pan, but thank you for the offer.
Cool Deal!!! I'll see you at 10:30!
I don't have my mods in yet, but I'll probably come and lend a hand if that's cool.
