Doubt you'd 'blow' me (away) but, you're right.

It's all about lighting and angles. Granted, a good polish/wax will certainly help your cause.

Bottom line, there are oodles of GREAT products on the market. Zaino and Meguiar's are only two TINY pieces of the pie at large.

The trick is to get out there and try some products. Don't rely on what 'everybody else says' because what they use may or may not be, in your opinion, the best product.

Currently, I have between 20 and 30 brands in my garage. They range for PS21 to Collinite to Meguiar's to Zaino to Poorboy's to Wolfgang to Stoner's to Turtle Wax to Pinnacle to... well, you get the point.

From my experience, I've noted definite differences in certain waxes on certain colors in certain environ****** conditions. There's a time and a place for nearly everything out there guys. It's a matter of finding what ***YOU*** like and using it frequently to ensure that your truck continues to look killer.

This Zaino versus the world thing is greatly over exagerated. I know Josh and I love to bust eachother's chops over this one but, it's all in a joking fashion. He has respect for my KR and I respect his HD (well, kinda. HAHAHA!) Even he will agree that there are products out there, besides Zaino and Meguiar's that are certainly good products.

Live outside the box folks. Too many great products out there to pigeon hole yourself into ONE product line.

    '...for once...' he says.

Someone has to come in here and balance out your Zaino Brainwashing every now and then. LOL!

And before you say it... yes, I did formerly work with/help out Meguiar's in a capacity similar to yours here at NHTOC as a moderator. While I've used nearly every Meg's product made (and own about the same number of them), they're not always the best.

I can, however, say that I've only used two or three of their products that I simply didn't like.

They got somewhere by being a reliable brand that yielded great results. You have to give props where props are due. They make a good product but, not always the 'best' in my opinion.

For example, Vinylex, in my opinion, blows #40 Rubber/Vinyl Cleaner/Conditioner out of the water.

    I agree 110%!

It's a touch on the pricey side but, like everyone here, if we didn't care about what we were doing with our trucks, we'd own a Geo or a Festiva.

You almost always get what you pay for (unless it's one of Josh's $2 hookers... then you really feel like you got ripped off... really guys, they're only worth 75 cents... if that... and they look pretty rough after buy one get one free night...).
