    $50 At The Pump

I went to the gas station yesterday and fill it up, total was $50.07. I never hit $50 before and it hurt, now I know how the west coast guys feel.

If this keeps going like this. I will have to go telecommuter full time.

Running the HD 60+ miles a day is hitting the wallet.

Will an HD run on propane? LOL

OUCH!! I filled up just before the increase and paid $2.35 per gallon, now we are seeing $2.65-$2.70. Luckily I only drive 12 miles a day to and from work. If I drove any more, I would be looking for a 2nd car with these prices. Can't wait to fill er up again!!

YOU GUYS REALLY ARE VERY VERY LUCKY. JUST PUT IN 83 POUNDS IN THE 2003. SPENDING THAT MUCH TWICE A WEEK JUST ON GAS REALLY IS A KILLER.

Do you think they would let me bring some back on the plane next week

If and when I get mine back to the UK, I will be seriously considering a propane conversion.

When I was home and before I deployed I always thought it was a blessing if it cost less than $50 to fill my truck up. What worse is that I was filling it up on a military post where the cost of gas is supposed to be cheaper.
