hotchkiss fronts are over 900, I believe stockers area WAY soft (for the weight) 725ish.... The Hotchkiss being 900+ is why the Rulsow 1000-1100 # springs are a great upgrade that still allows the Hotchkiss/Bilsteins or QA-1 shocks still fine.
Stan is a challenge to get hold of any time that there isn't snow on the ground in Arkansas. LOL
Email him. if that doesn't work. I think I have his phone # somewhere still. He has always replied to my emails & returned my calls in a reasonable time frame.

Agree with you Rob,I also read somewhere in the susp forum that Hotchkis front are 900ish, I had it on my truck before, with one coil cut and reg shocks, the ride was like $hit,I have QA1's on the rear with Hotchkis leafs,(front &rear Hkis sway)and I recently adjusted the shocks for a firmer position, and what a difference,it's kinda holding the whole truck, now I can't wait to get the front HKis back with a front pair of QA1's also adjusted firmer, then I'll have the ride I wanted

Well , I believe that my ride concerns are over !
It looks like I will be in the market for a new truck very soon , well as soon as I can finalize the divorce . So keep an eye out for an 03 two-tone for me .
